At Bramley Safety, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy allows for exchanges and refunds under the following terms:

- Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is:- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:- Customised or personalised PPE wear.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or used.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Process for Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within the 7-day period to request a return authorisation. You may either return the item in person at our store or send it back via a courier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. - Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the desired replacement product. Once the returned item is inspected, the exchange will be processed, and the new item will be dispatched. - Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
